These bags are packed in our factory and have long transit times to get to you so if any smells persist when out of the packaging, please give it a day or two to air out. All of our bags are handmade and handfed into sewing machines so you may find imperfect stitching and seams. This is part of the process when working with such materials and is one of the characteristics that make handmade, small batch goods so unique. We hope you'll embrace these irregularities and be proud of supporting less waste and more hand work in these beautiful products. If, after consideration, you decide to return a bag to us, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and this will be deducted from the final refund amount.
